According to NYT of Feb 1, 1914 query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html?res=9C02E1DE1E39E633A... Harry A Wheeler of Chicago was president of the Chamber of Commerce of the United States. I think I can see the end of "Chicago" under the photographer's name (Moffett)

I started a Wikipedia entry for him: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harry_A._Wheeler Harry A. Wheeler (May 26, 1866 - January 23, 1960), was President of the United States Chamber of Commerce. In 1914 he declined President Wilsons invitation to join the Federal Reserve Board.

Joe Wheeler. Incredible!

Wheeler was miscast in TNT's "The Rough Riders". WThey should hace used Robert Duvall instead of Gary Bussey.
