Which one was the Women's Welding Champion? And is there a way to find out the names of these women?

Do you know who took this picture?

My Aunt, Vera Anderson, the Women's Champion Welder, is pictured on the far right, next to a Ingalls official. Vera retained the title Champion Welder she won in 1943 after being challenged again in 1944. Vera, sadly passed away August 29, 2013 at age 90. Her trophy and pictures of the welding contests are on display at the Military Museum of Camp Shelby.

Its amazing the sheer depth and quality in this photo and a lot of the collection. You should all be very proud getting this on to the net, and more so for being net-savvy enough to use flickr as well as your own site.

I am from the Chattanooga area, and this place still exists, although I am sure it's under a different name. It is cool to see something like this and know EXACTLY where it took place!
