Model of the Centaur-G Prime booster and the Ulysses probe it was originally slated to boost. After the explosion of the Space Shuttle Challenger (OV-099), the liquid fueled Centaur-G and Centaur-G Prime boosters would not be used aboard any Space Shuttle flights, as the risks associated with a liquid-fueled payload were deemed to be unacceptable. I can barely make out the date on Pall Mall magazine, but it might be July 1905. Or maybe 1906. "The Royal" in his hand, does say July on the cover. Pretty heavy coat for July though. Found a picture of the June 1905 Pall Mall, but I think they all had the same cover design.
