Wonderful text!! Confirms my belief this is the Curtiss Judson Triplane. Kantner is mistaken in his recollections that it was an F-boat. As you can see from numerous photos this triplane shares no resemblance to the model F at all and Peter Bowers seems very certain when he names it the Curtiss Judson Triplane and nothing else. Stig
