Photo is reversed. Note reversed "15" and "wings" on the wrong side of the uniform. CORRECTED.

Is there anything that specifically identifies the location?

According to the reference I shared, going by the serial number visible on the rear fuselage, the aircraft was allocated to the School. It's not definitive, but unlikely to be wrong. Additional clues are the wooden buildings; implying a Home Establishment (UK) airfield rather than more temporary one with canvas hangars on the Continent. Also that it is with an Avro 504 behind (the rudder is distinctive) which was obsolete for front like work by the time the Dolphin entered service, but common on training airfields.
