Great pictures, We can see that indeed the choir's clerestorey windows has gables on them - typical of Rayonnant Gothic style, but the cathedral is primerly High Gothic with Flamboyant additions (such as the rose windows and upper parts of the towers).

The building to the right is the Chancery, on the E. side of the cathedral close. This front dates from c.1480-90 (although the top floor windows and their associated gables are 19th century alterations), but there are older parts behind.
