  This is the Grand Duchess Feodora of Saxony. In 1913 the famous German breeder of roses, Hermann Kiese of Wieselbach (who also edited a rose breeder's magazine), named a new tea rose in her honor, the "Grossherzogin Feodora von Sachsen." Apparently, he named another rose for the Grand Duke, but not until 1915.
