Prisoner?! I wonder if his 'well standing' stopped him having to be named? He kinda looks like he caused trouble at a wedding do..

I shall speculate in stating according his manner of dress in the early 1900's he is a man of "means". So name and offence not recorded because even though a pic was taken he never saw the judge and a few shillings or whatever save the trouble. Crime? I wonder the type of crime if I'm correct in that he has money. Dare you speculate?
