Might be "Ginocchio"? "Ginocchio" gets far more google hits as a surname than "Inocchio." (Ginocchio means "knee" in Italian.) In the October 22, 1910 edition of Foreign Aviation News there's an item:
A Bleriot for the Italian Army During Saturday afternoon the Italian officer Ginocchio was flying at Etampes for two hours on his two-seated Bleriot with a passenger, the height ranging up to 500 metres. On the previous day the machine had been tested by Lemartin, who was aloft for an hour and a half, and flew three times over the town of Etampes, his greatest height being 800 metres.
