I just did a little google search on this amazing building and found a replica built in Minot, North Dakota USA. www.norskwoodworks.com/golstave.shtml -- Seen in your Photochrom Travel Views set. (?)

And actually the Norwegian spelling would be "Gol stavkirke", and it is not located in Oslo, but in a city called "Gol"

This is the church from Gol, but it was moved to Oslo (Christiania) in 1884, to be a part of King Oscar II's outdoor museum, now called Norsk folkemuseum (Norwegian folk museum). You can read more about it here: www.norskfolkemuseum.no/en/Exhibits/The-Open-Air-Museum/O... And here: www.norskfolkemuseum.no/en/Stories/Set-1/The-Stave-Church/

Gol does have it's own stavekirke now, which, bizarrely, is a copy of this one, that was built in the 1990s.
