Caramai Carroll (1893-1976)(note spelling) daughter of General Howard Carroll, married John Taylor Johnston Mali, son of the Belgian consul general, in 1920. They had at least four children, Pierre, Carol (1921-2012), Claire, and Laura (1922-2004). This is part of an all-female (presumably Spence School grads) amateur musical comedy (Old King Cole) put on for charity at the Plaza ballroom in New York on April 15, 1915 by Miss Spence's School Society. The Society was an alumnae group of The Spence School, a girl's school still functioning.(www.spenceschool.org) A New York Times account identifies Louise Freeman as Princess Snow White, secretly in love with Omar (Caramai Carroll).

Louise Freeman, daughter of Mrs. Frank Morgan Freeman, married Dr. Burton James Lee (1874-1933) in March 1919. Louise had recently returned from working with the Red Cross in France; Dr. Lee was an Army surgeon during the war, also in France; he was later president of the American Radium Society. Louise was widowed in 1933; the Lees had three children: Burton James Lee Jr., Frank Freeman Lee, and Louise Freeman Lee (Fox) (1924-1978).
