its costilla. Costilla and Garcia are the same town, but split by the colorado/New Mexico Border.

thats the plaza on the east side of 522. southeast of upper plaza road on 196. its pretty neat using google earth street view and matching up the mountains in the background.

Somebody splain the long chemtrail clouds in this photo from 1943. No jets flying then right. Not a normal cloud formation. Methinks it was photoshopped in for some strange reason. Perhaps so when people "look back" they might "realize"' that this crap has always been in the sky. Shameful.

Russell Lee died in 1986, not sure why this shows him as still alive.

Given the date, I guess this child is advertising for the isolationist America First movement? Interesting.

JosephFinn, The authoritative forms of names used by the Library of Congress have primarily been intended to distinguish individuals with the same name, and don't necessarily show death dates. In this case, Lee's death date was probably added to his authority record (which does now have the 1986) after this photo was cataloged.
