HMCS Provider was commissioned in 1963, so this photograph should be later. She was built in Quebec and eventually scrapped in Turkey as described here. I see that she visited England in 1969.

There is a head stone in Hebburn cemetery for a Canadian seaman, Bruno joseph Turcotte who died on 16th June 1964, so she must of been in the Tyne then.

The Ottawa was built in 1964 at Swn Hunter & Wigham Richardson's Wallsend. This photo shows her on the ways at Wallsend.
