This is likely Mrs. James A. Stevenson, and her daughter Helen Stevenson, of Garden City, Long Island, NY. Miss Helen Stevenson married George Collier Decker of Garden City on February 21, 1916. Among the bride's attendants was her sister, Miss Dorothy Stevenson.[1]

Elise Kutscherra DeNys, Belgian operatic soprano based in Paris, specialized in Wagner parts--the surname Kutschera is sometimes spelled with only one R (I'm finding it both ways, in news sources and other places). She's mentioned in a 12 November 1914 New York Times brief article, tracking down impresario Rudolf Aronson after their correspondence was disrupted by the war.
