@ Huugie. Bedankt voor uw reactie. We hebben het uitgezocht en Springville vervangen door Springvale Victoria. De familie had overigens inderdaad een kippenfarm, maar runde daarnaast een wegrestaurant ("road house") annex service station. Volgens het bijschrift achterop de foto is de opname daar gemaakt. Zo te zien werd daar zeker niet alleen gebraden kip verkocht.
