Is that man sitting on a suitcase, having missed the boat? If you view the largest size, there's some writing on the lifering (is that the proper term), that seems to end in "HAL". So, sould be Youghal. Maybe I'm imagining it.

That is a fabulous image. Looks like grass growing up through the boards, which would suggest that its not used a lot? Wherever it is, I love it.

That's a very distinctive church steeple, but I don't recognize it.

Warren Fleury on Broadsheet.ie says it's "Looking across at Monkstown, Co. Cork from Verlome Dockyard, Carrigaloe." A quick look on Google Street View shows up the distinctive steeple, so I'd say Warren has the right of it.

Hallelujah! Limerick finally gets a look in! The "Jesuits" is all we ever knew this as not the "Sacred Heart". It was situated in the "Crescent" right in the heart of the city and I don't think I ever saw it so quiet in daylight. Right beside the church was the Crescent College where the Jesuits provided education for the privileged in the community. Some luminaries went to school there including Donagh O'Malley former Minister for Education, his nephew Dessie O'Malley opponent of Haughey and many times Minister and indeed Donagh's son Darragh the actor. The Jesuits were in Limerick for almost 500 years but as far as I know are all gone from there now!

A smashing view of Cork :) With lots to see. While I would normally be chomping-at-the-bit to mansplain my way through any Cork photo, I've gotta head out the back again. And weigh down the fallen garden fence-panel. And retrieve the lifted shed felt-panel :) Stay safe all today. And certainly don't go trying to recreate this shot. Certainly not at lunchtime when this Ophelia tracking site suggests the County Hall will be taking a brunt of it :)
