  "Giorgio Gusmini (9 December 1855 – 24 August 1921) was a Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church who served as Archbishop of Bologna." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giorgio_Gusmini He was elevated to Cardinal on December 6, 1915.

  Per the NIAH, the church is from 1833, the tower from 1851. In 1975, a hideous flat roofed extension was added.
