This is LZ7, it was it flew on 19 June 1910 and wasdamaged beyond repair in an accident above the Teutoburg Forest on 28 June 1910.

This must be the future George V. If it was really shot in 1910, it must be early in the year, as his father died and he became king-emperor in May. It's possible that this was shot after George V ascended the throne, in which case the PoW would be the young man in the checkered cap, the future Edward VIII, who was but 16 in 1910.
