Easy to forget how mainstream the Klan once was. They were at this time also quite active in Canada -- sponsoring amateur baseball teams in rural Saskatchewan as one illustration of how mainstream they were up here.

These types of scenarios remind of the movies, it's amazing that not that long ago shows like this actually existed right here in America. I hear so much about Coney Island, and to see it in what might have been its prime is a great treat.
