    The First Balkan War started in October 1912, and also Friday fell on October 4th in 1912, which would be consistent with the date shown on the poster. Webster Hall is a nightclub on East 11th street in NYC. (see poster). See next picture in series for view of Webster Hall from across the street. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Webster_Hall Gangster Bugsy Siegel had a father named Max, any chance he is the one mentioned in the poster?
