According to the Irish Times of March 8th 1960 (a Tuesday), the Senator Possehl was expected to arrive on Friday from Newport News carrying coal. (There is also a reference to Heitons?)

There's a double-headed eagle on the bow, which is most likely the coat of arms of Lübeck. Emil Possehl (the person) was an important businessman and Senator in the Lübecker Senate. (German wiki).
