Anger over the demolition of the old market was a boon to the historic preservation movement in Savannah, however. When the garage’s 50-year lease expired at the end of 2004, the city voted to replace it with a 4-level, 691-space underground garage beneath a restored Ellis Square. The garage was knocked down in 2006 and new construction commenced in 2007.

Was the coloring that was used in this picture the same or similar to the technique that was used on some of the colored versions of "The Great Train Robbery"?
