The ship's bell reads "Kaiser Fri[edrich]" there were several ships of that name.

The inscription on the bell reads "KAISER FRAN...". The ship is the former steamer Kaiser Franz Joseph I. (de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaiser_Franz_Joseph_I.), which was renamed Presidente Wilson in 1919, s. also www.shipsnostalgia.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/143042... The date on the negative is 5/12/20.
