i suspect that what we can see are not antennae but supports for the actual antennae, which would be in the form of long wires, required for the longer wavelengths which would be all that was available in the early 20th century.. I no longer think this.

I'd be thinking the the lady should be destined for the Royal College of Surgeons, either to repair her bones or to put her under Bergin's microscope to see if she's been photoshopped! Although not clear to us there may be path which runs down the left of picture and even to the rocks below. In all events any woman living here would surely be confident of her way around.
