Where "33" is:

"Prince Henry XXXIII ... married Mrs. Allene Tew Hostetter Burchard of New York in 1929. He is a member of the second limb of the younger branch of the House of Reuss, and his son, born 1916, is Henry II. If possible he is not to be confused with the head of his branch of the house, his cousin, Prince Henry XXXIX who married the Countess of Castell-Castell (at Castell) and whose sons are Henry IV, Henry VI and Henry VII." --Time Magazine, 1931

I agree that his bride is Victoria Margaret daughter of Prince Friedrich Leopold of Prussia and Louise Sophie of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Augustenburg. She was born in 1890 and died in 1923 (age 33). She married Henry XXXIII Reuss of Kostritz (and not Prince Heinrich of Prussia), May 17,1913, and they divorced on July 14, 1922.

"Heinrich XXXIII Prinz Reuss zu Köstritz was born on July 26, 1879, in Austria. He was the son of Heinrich VII Prinz Reuss zu Köstritz and Marie Alexandrine Anne Sophie Auguste Helene Prinzessin von Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach.

"He married, secondly, Allene Tew, daughter of Charles Henry Tew and Janet Smith, on April 10, 1929, at Paris, France. He and Allene Tew were divorced on 31 October 31, 1935, at Paris, France. He died on November 15, 1942, at age 63 at Stonsdorf. "-- the Peerage

This is a photograph of a picture postcard. Gustav Liersch & Co. was a big postcard maker based in Berlin for the views trade, and also a large line in Royalty of all sorts. "The Children Of Prince Heinrich XXXIII. Reuss " by mrsfujita is also an example of that house's work.

I had thought that this was Kaiser Wilhelm I , grandfather of Kaiser Wilhelm II, after being crowned emperor of the newly reunified Germany in the Hall of Mirrors at Versailles in January, 1871.
I see from the estimable Miss Mertens' comment on what looks like a related picture that this is Wilhelm II, seen taking his leave of court chaplain Dr. Bernhard Rogge, who had given the main sermon during the coronation ceremony of his grandfather in 1871.
