Another school of naval reserves was in New York, the Sunday Oregonian, June 03, 1917, SECTION FIVE, Image 68, col. 1 reported that "A SCHOOL ff Naval Reserves has been established in New York where those who have enlisted In that body may study practical navigation and chartreading.
