www.lib.utk.edu/spcoll/manuscripts/ms2512fa.html indicates that C.C. Krutch was a photography studio in Knoxville at some point in the period 1870-1900. The finding aid also indicates that the subject of portraits is not usually identified on the photographs. The Krutch family was a well-established family in Knoxville. A Charles Krutch (1887-1981) was a photographer, known for his photos of the TVA project and dam.
