I was wrong - note "Henry Power, House and Land Agent" next door. According to the Sands Directory, they operated from the same premises at 573 King Street South, Newtown (west side, intersection with Lord Street) from 1893-1895. - www.sydneyarchives.info/sands-1893 From 1896-1899 they are listed as operating from adjoining premises at 633 and 635 King Street South, Newtown (though still west side, intersection with Lord Street - looks like the numbering changed). - www.sydneyarchives.info/sands-1896 Henry Power was still operating from 635 King Street South, Newtown in 1900, but Ismay had moved. - www.sydneyarchives.info/sands-1900 Looks like the building was later demolished during the sextuplication of the railway line in 1927. - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newtown_railway_station,_Sydney#His...
