Aircraft Engineering Corp designed and manufactured this biplane in 1919 at the ACE Flying Field in New York City Central Park (!). Only the prototype had a Ford engine. The machine was designated K-1. In 1921 the rights for manufacturing this design were acquired by (Horace) Keane Aeroplanes, North Beach, Long Island NY. Also the complete inventory was purchased.
