This is the present day view, courtesy of Google Streetview. Here is the German Wikipedia article. The bridge dates from 1855. A fire in 1915 damaged the partly wooden bridge and the repair costs in subsequent years caused the bridge to be replaced in the 1930s.

yeah back then I think the bulk of eastern europe was part of the Austro-Hungarian empire.
