    Ik denk dat dit het Vrijthof of de plek waar het stadhuis van Maastricht staat.

    Markt in Maastricht, op de stoep voor het stadhuis. Op de achtergrond met "Bier" op de gevel Hotel delaBourse. De lantaarnpaal waar de kinderen zitten staat er nog steeds. Parkeren op de Markt is reeds lang verleden tijd!

    nice! it feels like this scene is their own world, some kind of bubble, that keeps them away from the problems.

    Hi dsallaberry - I think you're right with this. The circular nature of the image adds to the enclosed, "cosy" feeling the photo conveys. Like, as you say, a bubble. The children lost in their own little world.
