  The correct name is Vizcaya, armored cruiser of the Infanta María Teresa Class. During the Battle of Santiago de Cuba in 1898 it was sunk.

  I believe this ship is misidentified and is actually Vizcaya. Post-battle photos of Vizcaya on other sites show the fallen mast next to the aft turret, where non of the post-battlephotos of Ocendo show this feature.
