"Harvey Management" means it was part of the Harvey House hotel chain, one of the early chains run by Frederick Harvey a pioneer of the hotel management business. The Bisonte Hotel was in Hutchinson, Kansas, built in 1906, closed in 1946 and was subsequently demolished. A great piece of hotel history. As for the postal connection? I'm not sure. For the time being I suppose that the wagon and horse were for mail delivery or conveyance. Emilie Josephine Hutchinson wrote Women's Wages: A Study of the Wages of Industrial Women and Measures Suggested to Increase Them (Columbia University 1919).

Pretty sure this is Aimee Hutchinson, a New York Catholic school teacher dismissed from her job for attending the 1912 suffrage parade. She was regarded as a suffrage martyr and went on to become a suffrage activist, and part of the "Suffrage Pure Foods Company" on Broadway. daytoninmanhattan.blogspot.com/2012/05/fanciful-queen-ann... contains a brief account of her activities.

"Miss Aimee Hutchinson is the first church made martyr of the votes for women cause in America. She has been forced by the Rev Matthew A Taylor to resign her position as secretary and teacher in the parochial school of the Church of the Blessed sacrament because she marched in the suffrage parade up Fifth avenue on May 4. Miss Hutchinson who has grown from childhood to womanhood in the school feels as if she had been thrust into outer darkness. But in all her distress at leaving the Sisters and the pupils by whom she is beloved her adherence to her suffrage principles has not wavered. Her sister teachers were aware of her intention to appear in the parade but Father Taylor if he knew made no sign. After the parade was over he sent for her and said that to him woman suffrage was the open door to Socialism and he did not believe in continuing its advocates in the school.
