That's my father Joseph(Joe) McAvinchey aged twelve in the front row with his legs crossed.My aunt Kathleen is to his right is his younger sister. She was later a buyer for Lennoxs in Upper English Street and wrote stories for "Woman's Own" magazine. She combined stock-trips to London with visits to her agent and editor..My dad became a stonemason and bricklayer like those before him.Two rows behind him on the extreme right is my Grandad Harry (Henry, my namesake) who along with my grandfather Joseph Dobbin of Blackwatertown, I'm named after and beside him is my granny Mary who looks very like my sister Michele.It is a big family grouping .All my grandad's brothers and sisters are there Tommy (of the Rainbow Cafe in Armagh was my grandad's youngest brother ;he's third from the left back row ;my great grandfather Edward is there 2nd from left second row up and his wife ,great granny Kate Harte is across from him 2nd from right .Great grandad was born in Paisley so the family must have moved there for work before returning to Armagh .
