An American town and its way of life, Southington, Conn. The Memorial Day parade moving down the main street. The small number of spectators is accounted for by the fact that the town's war factories did not close. The town hall is in the left foreground. from The Library of Congress uploaded January 2008

Might be part of the honor guard for the HMS Natal, the ship that brought the body of Whitelaw Reid back from Britain along with the USS North Dakota and others. The date would be right 1/2/1913. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Florida_(BB-30) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_North_Dakota
