  Thanks Art Siegel for identifying this building as the Union League Clubhouse and for pointing out the New York Police Glee Club on the balcony appearing as part of the Second Red Cross War Fund Drive. The Police Glee Club was formed in December of 1916 according to an article in Musical America (vol. 28, June 8, 1918, p. 41) available on Google Books. We will add more to the description when we update the record.
