Karen (LOC P&P) Karen, given their construction and shape, those are almost certainly fuel tanks for installation in the Keystone K-47 Pathfinder "American Legion" (reg. N-X179). Flying non-stop from North America to Paris would require a lot of fuel, especially for a multi-engine aircraft such as the "American Legion."
