Why the arrow at the one person?

mingstail Good question! Unfortunately for now, the answer to your question remains with the author of the arrow :)

I think the lady arrowed is the same person as that identified in writing on the previous image? "Mum 2nd on right second row" and identified as T Robinson. But I could be mistaken.

The man at the viewer's left in the original post photo is R J Powell from the Latrobe club He appears to have been the prime mover for the establishment of women's football in mid-1921

Latrobe Ladies FC was Brisbane's first women's soccer club, formed in June 1921. Together with players from other new teams (Brisbane City and Brisbane Ladies) they played a North Brisbane v South Brisbane representative match on Saturday 24 September 1921, before 10,000 spectators at The Gabba (North won 2-0) This was the earliest known official women's soccer football match played in Australia
