    Yes, it certainly has that Sunday morning feel and I remember walking along that same street early on Sunday mornings with not a car in sight! How things have changed. No doubt you want the name and antecedents of the cat Carol but you'll have to give us a clue;-p

    Streetview, although the Streetview car has a much higher eyeline than the photographer, who was going for a cat's eye view!

    Accompanying note: "M. E. Keath, a steeplejack from Lake Alfred, spent most of this morning atop the flagpole on the Capitol dome repainting and making repairs. Keath, who is 62, has been painting the pole regularly over the years. Total height of the pole from the ground is 120 feet."
