Looks to me like President Woodrow Wilson's first wife, Ellen Axson Wilson, on the right. Wikipedia article. She died in 1914. I'll let someone else figure out which of the Wilson daughters this is. Wilson's summer home in the first years of his presidency, which this must be from as the first Mrs. Wilson is still alive, was in Cornish, New Hampshire.

A story in the New York Times (July 6, 1913) reported that Wilson had seen the New Hampshire summer White House on that day, for the first time ever. On arrival, he kissed his wife, and his daughter, "Miss Eleanor." Eleanor is the girl in the photo. Daughter Jessie arrived later in the evening, with her fiance, Francis Sayre. Thanks for helping to sort out who is pictured and likely when. It does appear to be Pres. Wilson with Ellen Axson Wilson and daughter Eleanor. Accompanying note: "Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Jenkins and family of Lebanon, Conn., are in the city visiting friends and relatives. Mrs. Jenkins is the former Thelma Conoly, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G.W. Conoly of south Bronough street. Left to right, Mr. Jenkins, Marsha Lynette, 6; Laura, 4; Mrs. Jenkins, and Derrick, 11 months. Mr. Jenkins is a former principal of Lake McBride Junior High School, and is now principal of Lyman Memorial High School in Lebanon."

Son of the famous Confederate General in the American Civil War, who also was a General of U. S. troops in the Spanish American War of 1898. Old Joe also served several terms as a U. S. Congressman from Alabama, after the Civil War. From the Wikipedia biography of Joseph Wheeler, Sr.: Joseph Jr. The first son, Joe Jr. was born in 1872. He attended West Point and graduated in 1895. He joined the Army and was stationed at the Washington Barracks D.C.. After training at the Artillery School at Ft. Monroe in Virginia. Joe Jr. then was a Mathematics instructor at West Point before the Spanish-American War broke out. At the start of the War Joe Jr. was made an aide on his father's staff and sailed for Cuba on June 1898. The following year he was made a Major of the 34th infantry, US volunteers and left in September 1899 for the Philippines. He served in many different areas after this, finally retiring in February 1927. He died 6 August 1938.
