The location of this picture is on the Kingsway, looking south towards the spire of St Mary le Strand in the distance. The viewpoint is about here goo.gl/maps/3eLqZuoM2sS2 though redevelopment and tree planting obscure most of the details. But the baroque-style church on the left is still there (St Anselm and St Cecilia), and the building far left with the two pedimented windows. Apart from the trees the view of St Mary le Strand is now also obscured by the building of Bush House at the bottom of Kingsway which was begun in 1923.

The mounted officer is Brigadier General Robert Young, commander of New Zealand 2nd Infantry Brigade. Young had the honour of leading the Kiwi contingent in the parade. Wikipedia has an article on Robert Young (soldier).

Luther and Nicholas Tucker were the sons of Carll Tucker (1881-1956; Yale 1904) and the former Marcia Myers Brady (b. 1884). The Tuckers were members of the Rumson Country Club of Rumson NJ. Given Marcia's maiden name, it's probably reasonable to assume that the Brady children and Tucker children here were cousins. Luther Tucker (1909-2000) also attended Yale, and earned a divinity degree from the Episcopal Theological School. He was based in Shanghai while regional secretary of th World Student Christian Association (1938-1940), and became rector of the Indian Hill Church in Cincinnati. He married Josephine Pullman, and was father of four (Elizabeth, Marcia, Naomi, and Luther Jr.).
