Compare with Brooklyn's shot.
Taken from a second-floor in the entrance to the Electricity Building. Note the electric lights and the column on the right. Also, we're above the level of the street lamps. The figure on the right is not an oddly still pedestrian, it's the statue of Benjamin Franklin mounted in the building's entry way. -
