    This photo ran in the Sunday Oregonian, August 24, 1913, SECTION FIVE, Image 59 with the caption: "Daniel L. Cease, for 22 years editor and proprietor of the Railway Trainmen of Cleveland, has been chosen as one of the six arbitrators who are to settle the present trouble over wages between the trainmen and conductors and the railroads. There are to be six arbitrators. Mr. Cease and Lucius .B. Sheppard are to represent the men.
