  Building demolished, but pagoda saved. The story so far: "Jimmy Woo’s restaurant opened in 1950 and was sold twice before closing in 2008. It continued to operate as a bar — renamed the Red Parrot Nightclub and Lounge — before shutting all operations in 2012. The iconic pagoda was removed in 2014 from the roof of the former Woo's Pagoda restaurant in Eau Claire. A crane was used to move the structure onto a flatbed truck. They said an indoor facility needs to be located by May 15 [2017], otherwise the pagoda will be dismantled and removed from Banbury Place. The museum had until May 15 to find a new storage location, and now, according to Nick White, with The Local Lounge and Live in Eau Claire, Chippewa Valley Door Company has agreed to house the pagoda while Live in Eau Claire restores it.
