Thanks Richard Arthur Norton: This man does seem to be Thomas Coleman du Pont. The "L. Dupont" caption at the top of the negative is in error. The "T.C. Dupont" caption at the bottom of the negative more accurate. We will update the information in the description.

Geo. B. Hynson (LOC)

Possibly: Hynson, George B. — Progressive Candidate for Governor of Delaware, 1912. Presumably the same person as wrote words for the Delaware state song, "Our Delaware" books.google.com/books?id=50zwZmnf01IC&pg=PA215&l... indicates that the author of "Our Delaware" is George Beswick Hynson, lawyer, publisher, and poet. Some LoC catalog records give 1862 as his date of birth.
