My guess is that the guy there is Smokey Swan, shown below her (in suspenders) in the Gottlieb picture. books.google.com/books?id=g2jSdOR8aUkC&pg=PA93&lp... indicates that they were married. His real name was Louis W. Swan and she was born Dorothy Maxine Henderson.

The band's name seems to have been Arizona Trailblazers in 1959, according to Billboard of 8/31/1959 books.google.com/books?id=NgoEAAAAMBAJ&lpg=PA56&d... Dottie Mae (a later stage name for Radio Dot) was still touring with him!
