Hindenburg at Lowenthal Hangar, September 1936. Note the freshly-repainted patch of fabric around the ship's name which first appeared during the Nuremburg flight.

I'm not sure but there is a possibility this is actually the LZ130 Graf Zeppelin II under construction. It is hard to tell from this angle without seeing the girder arrangement of the tail fins (the LZ130 had more gaps in its frame to reduce stress on the framework - the tail fins were 2 feet shorter as well)

Actually, this is indeed the LZ129 Hindenburg. The photograph was published in a 1936 book by Ernst Lehmann. While LZ130 was under construction in late 1936, it was not at this stage yet until late 1937.
