Streetview AFI 1 to ZFI 99920 (Jan 1958 – May 1977), so DFI 119 is from about 1960, definitely not before 1958. There's an Anglia at left which looks like SZC, and AZC 1 to YZC 999 (Jan 1961 – Apr 1962), suggests late 1961 at the earliest.
