    Convair YF-102 Delta Dagger 52-7994 (1st prototype Model 8-80) landing @ Edwards AFB ca. late '53. This a/c was written off on 2 Nov 53 after a Bendix fuel control system failure caused the engine to shut down in flight. The test pilot (Richard L. Johnson) survived but was seriously injured while trying to dead-stick the a/c.
