I don't think there'll be any street view inside there? This entire area was a warren of streets and laneways until the start of the slum clearances and the construction of the Iveagh Trust buildings for Guinness employees nearby!

I think the building to the left is called Something Mansion, a very grandiose term in a slum district like this.

... In the older part of Dublin, between the Castle and the River Liffey runs off from Werburgh-street a narrow alley which then brought you into a small square of dismal brick houses, called 'Derby-square.' Very few of the wealthier and more fashionable inhabitants of Dublin know the existence. of this dreary quadrangle. The houses were high and dingy; many of the windows were patched with paper; clothes lines extended across from window to window, and on the whole the place had an air of having seen better days — better, but never very good. In this Derby-square, it appears, was a boys' school; and here Clarence Mangan received what scholastic training he ever had. ...

Against the dark background of his life he raised a fabric of fair poetry, which shines bright as 'apples of gold amid foliage of silver'— the admiration of other lands, the glory of his country. In gratitude for his genius, in memory of his patriotism, in evidenoe that our generation is not forgetful of benefactors, and in the hope of inspiration to future times, we erect this monument. Here, in the city of his birth, in the land of his love, we erect it, bearing its beautiful symbol of our Ideal Erinn, whose desire and whose honour abide in the noble affection of an undivided nation. Thus, finally, do we faithfully carry out the injunction of 'The Preacher* of old: 'And now let us give praise to men of renown, our fathers in their generations.' " (Applause).

Here is the bould Sigerson himself in the 1911 census, a Physician and Professor National University, and at wikipedia, which confirms that the 3rd level GAA Sigerson Cup is named is his honour, what with him having paid for the trophy.
